Theresia Carolina

Theresia graduated with a law degree from the University of Indonesia in 2014 and joined AHP earlier this year. Prior to joining AHP she had served a traineeship at a leading International firm.

She focuses on Banking & Finance, projects and M&A transactions and have gained exposure in several capital market transactions. Sha has also worked on multiple drafting and research matters in relation to legal advises required by the clients which has given her understanding of the law and legal practice in a wide range of sectors. During her career she has represented several lenders in high profile offshore syndicated loans and an International multi finance company in acquiring an Indonesian multi finance company.

  • Represented an Indonesian-based geothermal company in a proposed acquisition of a geothermal power plant located in west Indonesia.
  • Advised a Japan-based banking corporation in a proposed power plant project finance in west Indonesia.
  • Advised Indonesian-based geothermal company in a proposed acquisition of a geothermal project located in west Indoensia.

  • Represented an Indonesian state owned entity in acquiring its joint venture entity after completion of cooperation with third party international port service entity.
  • Represented an Indonesian state owned entity in proposed amendment to its shareholders agreement with regards to a joint venture entity established between such state owned entity and third party internation port service entity.

  • Represented an Indonesian state owned banking corporation on IDR 2,000,000,000,000 loan to a local pravetly owned entity.
  • Represented an Indonesian state owned banking corporation on a IDR 1,500,000,000,000 and USD 22,000,000 syndicated financing for a publicly listed Palm Oil Company.
  • Represented an Indonesian private entity as borrower on a USD 239,000,000 and IDR 3,006,000,000,000 syndicated financing from various international lenders.
  • Represented various international lenders on a USD 47,000,000 syndicated financing for an international private owned entity.
  • Represented various International lenders on a USD 120,000,000 syndicated financing for a publicly listed industrial estate company.
  • Represented a Swiss-based banking corporation on a USD 230,000,000 financing to a local investment company.
  • Represented an Austria-based banking corporation on a USD 50,000,000 financing to a local telecommunication company.
