Restructuring and Insolvency Regimes in South East Asia – A Comparative Overview

            Dear clients,

We hope that this email finds you well.

As you are aware, the pandemic of COVID-19 has caused major disruptions to businesses globally and with it comes important legal issues to address. The Restructuring and Insolvency team at Rajah & Tann Asia has put together a regulatory booklet on “Restructuring & Insolvency Regimes in South East Asia – A Comparative Overview”.

Given the close connection and links amongst the Southeast Asian states and particularly in light of the current business climate, we hope that this publication will be well timed to address key areas of interest in the restructuring and insolvency regimes across the region and provide a comparative overview of the various differences and similarities in the respective frameworks.

Please find the publication as attached. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out, or you may also drop an email to bd@rajahtann.com.

            Best regards,
            AHP
