Suryani is a seasoned Senior Associate in AHP’s Tax and Customs Practice Group, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in tax advisory and dispute resolution. Her career spans leading roles at a Big Four accounting firm and in-house tax departments of prominent corporations, including a multinational banking institution. Her multidisciplinary background in both law and accounting enables her to deliver comprehensive, strategic tax solutions tailored to the evolving regulatory and commercial landscape in Indonesia.

At AHP, Suryani plays a pivotal role in advising both domestic and multinational clients across a wide range of tax and customs matters. Her expertise includes tax planning, cross-border structuring, compliance management, tax audit and dispute resolution, due diligence, and regulatory advocacy. She is particularly adept at navigating complex issues involving international tax treaties, public listings, and restructuring strategies. Suryani also supports clients in designing and implementing internal tax control frameworks and procedural systems to align with best practices and Indonesian regulatory standards.
