Anthy is a senior associate at Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, specialising in capital markets. She joined the firm in 2012. Anthy possesses deep expertise in capital markets, advising issuers, underwriters, and other key market participants on a comprehensive range of equity and debt transactions. Her experience encompasses initial public offerings (IPOs), right issues, bonds, and private placements.

Anthy has a strong track record of involvement in significant IPOs, notably including the IPO of PT Goto Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, Indonesia’s largest technology-based digital ecosystem company, and PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk, a holding company with key interests in coal mining, logistics, and energy. In these high-profile mandates, she provided strategic counsel on deal structuring, navigated complex regulatory landscapes, and meticulously oversaw documentation to ensure full compliance with capital markets regulations and seamless execution.   

Beyond transactional work, Anthy provides ongoing counsel to clients on critical aspects such as reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, and regulatory compliance.
