Assegaf Hamzah & Partners (AHP) is pleased to announce that Wiku Anindito has joined the firm as a Partner in its Intellectual Property (IP) Practice, effective 1 July 2026.
Wiku brings more than 16 years of experience advising leading domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters. He is particularly recognised for his work in IP litigation and enforcement, including anti-counterfeiting strategies, domain name disputes, and IP aspects of commercial transactions, alongside his experience in trademarks, patents, copyright, brand protection, portfolio management, licensing, technology transactions, and digital economy regulation.
Wiku advises clients across industries including technology, media and telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, hospitality, and entertainment.
Wiku is ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific for Intellectual Property, recognised as a Leading Partner by The Legal 500, and by IAM Patent 1000 for his patent expertise.
