AHP is pleased to have advised PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk, and its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Alkali, on the signing of the Conditional Share Subscription Agreement (CSSA) with Danantara Investment Management and the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) for the development of the Chlor Alkali–Ethylene Dichloride (CA‑EDC) Plant in Cilegon, a designated National Strategic Project (PSN). 

The AHP team was led by Managing Partner Ahmad Fikri Assegaf and Partner Intan Paramita, with support from Associate Fahdrazi Fajar Fahmi. We congratulate all parties on this milestone and appreciate the collaboration throughout the process.
