On September 17, 2025, an email was sent out falsely claiming to be from Assegaf Hamzah & Partners. This email, titled “Copyright Infringement Report – Action Required” or “Laporan Pelanggaran Hak Cipta – Tindakan Diperlukan”, used our name, letterhead, and address without authorisation. It alleged copyright violations and non-compliance with licensing obligations.

We would like to clarify the following:

• Assegaf Hamzah & Partners did not send this email.
• All official communications from our firm are sent exclusively from email addresses ending in “@ahp.id”.

If you receive such an email, please:

• Do not respond, click any links, or follow any instructions.
• Delete the email immediately.
• Report the incident to us at “”.

We are taking appropriate legal action against those responsible for misusing our identity.
