Muhammad Ali Pasha​

Pasha is a Senior Associate in Assegaf Hamzah & Partners’ Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice. He advises on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and investments ranging from strategic to venture capital and minority investments, particularly in the technology, digital, and consumer sectors. He is regularly involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions requiring careful legal planning and governance.

Pasha has extensive experience assisting with transactions across a range of regulated and rapidly growing sectors, including e-commerce, fintech, logistics and digital platforms. He is experienced in managing end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining AHP, Pasha held senior legal roles at leading technology companies, focusing on strategic transactions, corporate structuring, and business growth and transformation initiatives involving both private and public companies. He previously practised at a leading international law firm, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and state-owned enterprises on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and financing transactions in the energy, infrastructure, logistics, and industrial sectors.
